From the Toruń Główny train station, exit the station and head towards the city center. Follow the signs to the Old Town (Stare Miasto), which is approximately a 20-minute walk. As you walk, continue down ul. Targowa and then turn left onto ul. Szeroka. Keep walking straight until you reach the Vistula Boulevards. Turn right and follow the river bank until you reach the Old Town area. Once you enter the Old Town, continue straight until you arrive at the Rynek Staromiejski (Old Market Square). The Old Town City Hall is located at Rynek Staromiejski 1, right at the center of the square.

From your current location in Toruń, find the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 22 or 41 towards the city center. Make sure to check the bus schedules for the correct times. After a 10-15 minute ride, get off at the 'Rynek Staromiejski' stop. From there, you can easily walk to the Old Town City Hall, which is just a few steps away at Rynek Staromiejski 1.
