If you are in the heart of Śródmieście, you can easily reach Castle Square on foot. Start at the intersection of Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście streets. Head north on Krakowskie Przedmieście. Continue walking straight for about 1 km (approximately 15 minutes). You will pass several notable buildings and restaurants. As you approach the square, you will see the impressive Royal Castle to your right. Castle Square is located directly in front of the Royal Castle.

Locate the nearest tram stop, which is likely at the intersection of Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście. Board tram line 22 or 23. The fare for a single ticket is around 4.40 PLN (as of the latest update). Ride for one stop and get off at the stop 'Zamek Królewski' (Royal Castle). From there, it's just a short walk to Castle Square, which is right in front of the Royal Castle.
