Walking
If you're starting from the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, exit the building and head west on Marszałkowska Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Aleje Jerozolimskie. Turn left onto Aleje Jerozolimskie and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Nowy Świat. From there, turn right onto Nowy Świat and continue until the road becomes Krakowskie Przedmieście. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Senatorska Street. Turn left onto Senatorska and follow it until you reach the Barbican, which will be on your right.

From the nearest tram stop at 'Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet', take tram number 18 in the direction of 'Wilanów'. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Stare Miasto'. From the tram stop, walk towards the Old Town and follow the signs to the Barbican. It will be a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop.
