The tour only includes transport to it, with a pee break along the way. The drive, via stone roads and smaller lengths takes 2 hours there, and 2 hours back. Once there you get a little explanation about the 3 loops, and then you are free to do what you want. You can do all 3 loops, which flow into each other, on the 3 hours of free time.
