From Wroclaw, go to the Wroclaw Central Bus Station (Dworzec Autobusowy). You can catch a bus heading to Świdnica. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Świdnica bus station, exit and walk about 600 meters towards the Rynek (Market Square). The Town Hall is located at Rynek 39/40.
