If you are starting from the center of Zakopane, head south on Krupówki Street, which is the main pedestrian street lined with shops and restaurants. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with ul. Kasprowicza. At this intersection, turn left onto ul. Kasprowicza. Follow this road until you see the sign for the 'Świecący napis Zakopane' on your right. The glowing letters are located on a hill called Gubałówka, which offers a beautiful view.

From the main bus station (Dworzec PKS) in Zakopane, take bus number 11 or 12 towards Gubałówka. The buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Gubałówka cable car station. Once you arrive, you can take the cable car up to the top of Gubałówka Hill. Upon exiting the cable car, follow the signs towards the 'Świecący napis Zakopane' which is a short walk from the station.
