Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the city of Évora. Take the A6 highway towards Lisbon. After approximately 50 km, take the exit towards N114 in the direction of Abrantes. Continue on N114 for about 30 km until you reach Abrantes. Once in Abrantes, follow the signs to the city center. The Torre de Menagem is located at R. Dom Francisco de Almeida, 2200-242 Abrantes. There is limited street parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Lisbon to Abrantes. The train journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Upon arriving at Abrantes train station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located nearby. Catch the local bus that heads towards the city center. Alight at the stop closest to R. Dom Francisco de Almeida. From there, it's a short walk to Torre de Menagem. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited on weekends.
