If you're traveling by car, head towards Estremoz, which is centrally located in Alentejo. From Évora, take the N114 road for approximately 45 km. Follow the signs to Estremoz. Upon arriving in Estremoz, look for signs to Largo das Portas de Évora. Once in the city center, you can park nearby in the designated parking areas.
Public Transportation
To reach Porta de Évora via public transportation, take a train from Évora to Estremoz. The train service is operated by Comboios de Portugal and tickets can be purchased at the station. Once you arrive in Estremoz, exit the train station and walk towards the city center, which is about a 15-minute walk. You can follow the signs to Largo das Portas de Évora, or use a map application for precise directions.
Bus
Alternatively, you can take a bus from Évora to Estremoz. Bus services are available from the main bus station in Évora. Companies like Rede Expressos operate this route. The bus ride will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Estremoz bus terminal, walk towards the city center (approximately 10 minutes) and follow the signs to Largo das Portas de Évora.
