From the Praça, walk towards the canal and turn left onto Rua João Afonso. After a few minutes, you will reach Cais da Fonte Nova. The Chaminé em terracota is located at Cais da Fonte Nova 5, on your right.

    Public Transport

    From the Aveiro train station, you can take bus line 7 (direction: Cais do Sodré) from the stop right outside the station. Travel for about 5 minutes and get off at the 'Cais da Fonte Nova' stop. From there, walk a short distance towards Cais da Fonte Nova 5, where you will find the Chaminé em terracota.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near the Aveiro train station. Cycle down Av. Dr. Lourenço Peixinho heading south for approximately 1 km until you reach Praça da República. From there, follow the same route as walking by turning left onto Rua João Afonso and then right onto Cais da Fonte Nova. The Chaminé em terracota will be on your right at Cais da Fonte Nova 5.
