You will take the turnoff onto the EN1-2A road, which will lead you closer to Caldeira Seca. Follow this road for approximately 10 kilometers until you see the entrance to Caldeira Seca on your left. There is parking available near the entrance.

    To reach Caldeira Seca using public transportation, first head to the bus terminal in Ponta Delgada. Look for buses that go to Ribeira Grande; the company 'Transporte Rodoviário' operates regular services to this location. The bus ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Ribeira Grande, you will need to take a taxi or a local shuttle service to Caldeira Seca, as public transport may not reach the site directly.
