If you are driving to Farol da Ferraria, start from the main town of Ponta Delgada, which is about 30 km away. Head northwest on the EN1-1A road. Follow the signs for Rabo de Peixe and continue straight until you reach the intersection with the EN1-1A. Turn right onto the EN1-1A towards Ribeira Grande. After approximately 10 km, take the exit towards S. Vicente Ferreira. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you see signs for Farol da Ferraria. Follow the signs to the lighthouse, which is located along the coast. There is parking available near the lighthouse.

To reach Farol da Ferraria using public transportation, start from Ponta Delgada. Take the bus line operated by 'Transports Sul' towards Ribeira Grande. The bus departs from the main bus terminal in Ponta Delgada and costs approximately €2.50. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop for 'S. Vicente Ferreira'. From there, it's about a 2 km walk to Farol da Ferraria. Follow the coastal road towards the lighthouse, enjoying the scenic views along the way.
