Follow the A1 for approximately 180 kilometers until you reach Lisbon. Once in Lisbon, take the A5 highway towards Cascais. After about 25 kilometers, take the exit towards Cascais. Continue straight until you reach the coastal area of Cascais. Follow the signs for Praia da Arriba. Upon arrival, you will find parking options available nearby, which may incur a fee depending on the season.

The journey to Lisbon will take approximately 2-3 hours. Once in Lisbon, head to the Campo de Ourique bus terminal and catch the bus number 403 or 417 towards Cascais. Buses run frequently, but be aware that they typically leave every 15 minutes, with a break from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM. The bus ride from Lisbon to Cascais will take about 30 minutes.
