Car
If you're driving from the center of Guarda, head south on Rua da Liberdade towards Rua de São Vicente. After about 1.5 kilometers, take the exit onto A25 towards Vilar Formoso. Continue on A25 for approximately 30 kilometers. Take exit 22 towards N230, and follow signs for N230 towards Vilarinho dos Freires. After about 10 kilometers on N230, turn left onto Quinta do Vallado road. The entrance to Quinta do Vallado will be on your right.

To reach Quinta do Vallado by public transport, start at the Guarda bus station. Take the bus heading to Peso da Régua, which departs regularly throughout the day. After approximately 1 hour, get off at the Vilarinho dos Freires stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk. Head southeast on the main road, and then take a right onto the road leading to Quinta do Vallado. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at your destination.
