If you are near the Braga Cathedral (Sé de Braga), start by heading southeast on Rua do Raio towards Praça da República. Continue straight until you reach Praça da República, a central square. From there, turn left onto Avenida da Liberdade. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Av. Central. The Congregados Basilica will be on your right at Av. Central 98.

If you are at the Braga Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Braga), take Bus Line 1 (Linha 1) towards S. Vicente. Ride the bus for 5 stops and get off at Avenida da Liberdade. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Av. Central. The Congregados Basilica will be on your right at Av. Central 98.
