If you are starting from the Braga Cathedral (Sé de Braga), exit the cathedral and walk down the Rua do Raio. Continue straight until you reach the Av. da Liberdade. Turn left onto Av. da Liberdade and walk for about 10 minutes. As you walk along Av. da Liberdade, you will reach the intersection with Av. Central. Turn right onto Av. Central, and you will find Congregados Basilica at number 98 on your left.
