From Braga city center, head towards the bus station at Avenida da Liberdade. Look for the bus service to Guimarães (Bus number 1 or 2). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Guimarães bus station, exit the station and head southwest on Avenida da República towards Rua de João de Deus. Continue on Rua de João de Deus until you reach the intersection with EM579. Turn left onto EM579, and Parque da Penha will be on your right after a short walk.

From Braga, make your way to the Braga train station located on Avenida da Liberdade. Take a train towards Guimarães (trains run frequently). The train journey takes about 25 minutes. Upon arrival at Guimarães train station, exit and head northeast on Avenida da República. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with EM579. Turn right onto EM579, and you will find Parque da Penha on your right side after a short distance.

If you are already in Guimarães, you can walk to Parque da Penha. Start at the historic center of Guimarães, near the Guimarães Castle. Head east towards Rua de São Francisco.
