Walking
From the center of Caldas da Rainha, head south on Rua das Glicínias towards Avenida das Azenhas. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Avenida 1º de Maio. Turn left and walk along this road until you reach the bus station.

At the Caldas da Rainha bus station, look for the bus heading to Foz do Arelho. The bus is usually marked with its destination on the front. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Walking
Once you arrive at the Foz do Arelho bus stop, disembark and head towards the beach. You can follow the signs to North Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk. Walk towards the beach access path, and you'll see the beautiful North Beach ahead.
