From Cascais, head to Cascais Bus Station located at Praça 5 de Outubro. Take the bus number 403 towards Almada. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop 'Capuchos'. Once you get off, walk towards R. Miradouro dos Capuchos, which will be about a 10-minute walk uphill. Follow the signs to the Convento dos Capuchos.

Start at Cascais Train Station. Take the train towards Lisbon (Cascais Line) and get off at the Cais do Sodré station. From Cais do Sodré, walk to the nearby bus stop and catch the bus number 100 or 101 towards Almada. Get off at the stop 'Capuchos'. After getting off, walk for about 10 minutes to reach R. Miradouro dos Capuchos, where the Convento dos Capuchos is located.

If you're already in the central area of Cascais, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the Convento dos Capuchos. Head towards the coastline and follow the promenade towards the south. You will pass the beautiful beaches. Continue along the coast until you reach the Caparica area. From there, you will need to navigate uphill towards R. Miradouro dos Capuchos, approximately a 45-minute walk. It's a great way to enjoy the views!
