Public Transport - Train
From the Cascais train station, board the train heading to Lisbon. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the metro line. Take the green line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras and get off at the Parque station. Exit the station and walk towards Parque Eduardo VII, where Estufa Fria is located.

From Cascais, take the bus number 403 towards Lisbon. Alight at the stop 'Marquês de Pombal'. From there, you can walk to Parque Eduardo VII. Head east on Avenida da Liberdade, then turn left onto Rua do Salitre. Continue straight until you reach the park entrance, where Estufa Fria is located.

If you're already in the central area of Cascais, you can walk to the Cascais train station. From there, follow the train instructions above. Alternatively, if you're up for a longer walk, you can stroll along the coast towards Lisbon, which will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach the Avenida da Liberdade, walk towards the Parque Eduardo VII to find Estufa Fria.
