From Cascais train station, take the train towards Lisboa. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the Cais do Sodré station. Once you exit the station, head towards the waterfront and take the direction of Praça do Comércio. Walk along the riverfront until you reach the Avenida 24 de Julho. From there, you can catch a tram or bus towards your destination.

Head to the Cascais bus terminal, located near the train station. Take the bus number 403 or 416 towards Lisboa. The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop 'R. Vieira Portuense' which is closest to the Garden Vasco da Gama. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to reach the garden.

If you are near the center of Cascais, you can walk towards the train station. From the station, follow the signs to the waterfront and head towards the Praça do Comércio.
