The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and walk towards the riverfront. From there, you can either walk to Largo do Intendente or take a metro train from Cais do Sodré station to the Martim Moniz station, which is the closest metro station to your destination.
