Train
From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station located in the city center. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon at the ticket counter or machine. Board the train towards Cais do Sodré. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré station, exit and head towards the Rua do Arsenal. Walk straight until you reach Praça do Comércio, where you can catch the metro.

At Praça do Comércio, find the metro station and take the metro on the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the Avenida station. Once you exit the station, walk straight along Avenida da Liberdade. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Av. da Liberdade 9, where Lisbon Riders is located.

Alternatively, you can take a bus from Cascais to Lisbon. From the Cascais bus terminal, take the Scotturb bus number 405 towards Lisbon (Praça de Espanha). The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Praça de Espanha, transfer to the metro and take the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the Avenida station and walk straight along Avenida da Liberdade until you reach Av. da Liberdade 9.
