Walking
If you are starting from Cascais town center, head towards the coast and take the Avenida Marginal. Continue walking along the promenade for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rua Rio Mondego. Take a right onto Rua Rio Mondego and proceed straight until you reach Urbanização Quinta da Maçã. Mana Kai Paddle will be at number 10 on your left.
Bus
From Cascais train station, take the bus number 403 towards 'Alcabideche'. Get off at the 'Quinta da Maçã' stop. From there, walk straight along Rua Rio Mondego for about 5 minutes, and you will find Mana Kai Paddle at Urbanização Quinta da Maçã 10.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Cascais. Start from the Cascais Marina and follow the bike path along the coast towards the west. After approximately 20 minutes of cycling, look for signs for Rua Rio Mondego and turn right. Continue straight until you see Urbanização Quinta da Maçã, where Mana Kai Paddle is located at number 10.
