If you are in the center of Cascais, start at the Cascais Cultural Center (Centro Cultural de Cascais). From there, head southwest on Avenida da República towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the promenade. Keep walking along the coastline, and you will soon arrive at Paredão de Cascais, which will be on your left. The walk is approximately 15 minutes.

If you are further from the center, take bus number 403 or 414 from the Cascais bus terminal. Make sure to get off at the 'Praia da Rainha' stop.
