Walking
If you are starting your journey from the Cascais city center, head southeast on Avenida Valbom towards Rua da Constituição. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Avenida da República. Walk down this avenue until you see the Cascais Marina on your left. At the marina, follow the path along the waterfront towards Praia da Rainha. From there, you’ll want to take the path that leads you through the park area known as Parque Marechal Carmona. Continue walking past the park, and you will see signs pointing towards Praia da Arriba. Follow the coastal path south along the cliffs, which will take you directly to Praia da Arriba.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Cascais city center, walk to the bus stop located at Avenida da República. Catch bus number 403 towards 'Praia das Maçãs' and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Praia da Arriba. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. After getting off, follow the path heading towards the beach, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
