From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station, located in the center of town. Take the train towards Lisbon. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lisbon Cais do Sodré station, exit the train and follow the signs to the metro. Take the green line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras. After 6 stops, get off at the Parque station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for Parque Eduardo VII, which is just a short walk away.
