Once you arrive at the Lisbon Cais do Sodré station, exit the train and follow the signs to the metro. Take the green line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras. After 6 stops, get off at the Parque station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for Parque Eduardo VII, which is just a short walk away.

From Cascais, head to the main bus terminal located near the Cascais train station. Look for the bus route 403 that goes to Lisbon. After about a 40-minute journey, you will arrive at the Campo Grande bus terminal in Lisbon. From there, walk to the nearby Campo Grande metro station and take the yellow line (Linha Amarela) towards Rato. Get off at the São Sebastião station. After exiting the station, follow the signs for Parque Eduardo VII, which is within walking distance.
