From Cascais, start at the Cascais train station. Exit the station and head straight towards the main street, Avenida Valbom. Walk along this street until you reach the large square, Largo da Estação. From there, continue walking straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade along the coast until you arrive at the Cascais Marina. Once at the marina, you can catch a train to Lisbon. Take the train from the Cascais station to Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon, which will take about 30 minutes. When you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and take a short walk to Rua do Comércio. Continue walking until you reach Praça Martim Moniz, which will be on your left.

From Cascais, go to the main bus terminal at Praça 5 de Outubro. Look for the bus number 403 or 414, which goes to Lisbon. Board the bus and stay on until it reaches the final stop in Lisbon, which is located near Praça Marquês de Pombal. From there, you can either take the metro or walk. If you choose to walk, head down Avenida da Liberdade towards the Rossio area. Continue straight until you reach Praça Martim Moniz. This journey will take approximately 40 minutes.
