Bus
From the Cascais city center, walk to the Cascais Bus Station located near the Cascais train station. Look for the bus line 403 heading towards 'Praia da Adraga'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Praia da Adraga' stop. Upon exiting the bus, follow the signs leading directly to the beach, which is about a 5-minute walk downhill.
Train and Bus
Start at the Cascais train station and take the train towards Sintra. Get off at the 'Colares' station. From there, you will need to transfer to the local bus number 440, which will take you directly to 'Praia da Adraga'. The total travel time, including transfers, is about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Praia da Adraga, follow the path down to the beach.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and the weather is nice, you can walk from the Cascais city center to Praia da Adraga. Head west along the coastal path, following the signs towards 'Praia Grande'. The route is approximately 10 km and will take around 2 to 2.5 hours. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, but make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
