    Train

    From Cascais, walk to the Cascais train station located at Av. 25 de Abril. Board a train heading towards Lisbon, specifically the Cascais line. Get off at the last stop, which is Cais do Sodré. From there, transfer to the metro on the Green Line, heading towards Telheiras. Get off at the Alameda stop and transfer to the Red Line towards the airport. Get off at the last stop, which is the terminal station. Once you exit the metro, follow the signs for the bus terminal.

    From the Cascais bus terminal located at Av. 25 de Abril, take the bus number 403 towards Almada. It will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Costa da Caparica stop. From there, it is a short walk towards Praia da Mata. Follow the signs for the beach, and you will reach the beautiful sands of Praia da Mata in about 10 minutes.

    Bicycle
