Getting There

• Bus

  From the Cascais city center, walk to the Cascais Bus Terminal located at Avenida da República. Look for the bus line that goes to Sesimbra. The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Sesimbra, get off at the main bus stop. From there, you will need to walk towards the beach area, following the signs for Praia das Bicas. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach from the bus stop.

• Train and Bus

  Start at the Cascais Train Station and take the train towards Lisbon. Get off at the Sete Rios station. From there, transfer to the bus that goes to Sesimbra. After arriving in Sesimbra, you will need to walk towards Praia das Bicas, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the coastal path to reach the beach.

• Taxi or Ride-Sharing

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or a ride-sharing service like Uber. Simply request a ride to 'Praia das Bicas, Sesimbra'. The driver will take you directly to the beach. This option is more expensive but saves you time and effort.

• Walking

  If you are feeling adventurous and want to explore, you can walk from the Cascais city center to the beach. This will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Head towards the coastline, following the scenic paths. You'll pass through beautiful landscapes and can enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean along the way.
