From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station located near the town center. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon at the ticket booth or from the automated machines. Board the train heading to Cais do Sodré, which is a direct line to Lisbon. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré station, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. From there, take the tram or bus to Praça do Comércio, then walk to Rua da Prata. Rua da Prata is a short 10-minute walk from Praça do Comércio, heading northeast.

From Cascais, go to the main bus terminal near the center. Look for the bus that heads to Lisbon (Lisboa). Make sure to check the bus timetable for departure times. The bus ride to Lisbon takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Lisbon, ask for directions to Praça do Comércio. From Praça do Comércio, walk northeast for about 10 minutes to reach Rua da Prata. You will find Rua da Prata just off the main square.
