    Walking

    If you are in the center of Cascais, start at the Cascais train station. Exit the station and head towards Avenida 25 de Abril. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Liberdade. Turn left onto Rua da Liberdade and continue walking until you reach the Avenida Marginal. Cross the road and head towards the Cascais Marina. From the marina, take the train to Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon. Once at Cais do Sodré, follow the signs to the Metro. Take the Metro to the São Sebastião station on the Blue Line. After exiting the station, walk towards Avenida da República, and then turn right onto R. Alexandre Herculano. The Shaare Tikvah Synagogue will be on your left at number 59.

    Train

    From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station. Purchase a ticket to Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon. Board the train, which usually departs every 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, follow the signs to the Metro station. Take the Metro (Blue Line) towards Reboleira and get off at the São Sebastião station. Exit the station and walk towards Avenida da República, then turn right onto R. Alexandre Herculano. The Shaare Tikvah Synagogue will be on your left at number 59.

    Bus

    From the Cascais center, locate the bus stop at Praça da República. Take bus number 403 towards Lisbon. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Marquês de Pombal' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the roundabout and find the entrance to the Metro station. Take the Blue Line towards Cais do Sodré and get off at São Sebastião station. After exiting, walk towards Avenida da República and then turn right onto R. Alexandre Herculano. The Shaare Tikvah Synagogue is located at number 59 on your left.
