If you are in the center of Cascais, start by walking towards the Cascais Marina. From the marina, follow the signs to the coastal promenade (Passeio Marítimo) and head west along the waterfront. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the Boca do Inferno (Hell's Mouth), a popular cliff area. From Boca do Inferno, follow the path that leads to the cliffs and then take a left towards the Roca Cape. There are signs pointing towards Ursa Beach. The hike will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace, and you will enjoy stunning views along the way. Once you reach the viewpoint above Ursa Beach, follow the trail down to the beach itself.
