When you arrive at Cais do Sodré station, exit the train and follow the signs to the metro station. Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras and get off at Rossio station. From Rossio, exit the station and walk towards Praça do Rossio, then continue straight until you reach Martim Moniz Square. It's about a 10-minute walk from Rossio.

Take the Scotturb bus number 403 from Cascais to Lisbon. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Campo de Ourique - Mercado,' then transfer to tram 28. Board tram 28 and enjoy the ride until you reach the stop 'Martim Moniz,' which is right next to Martim Moniz Square.

If you are near the Cascais town center, you can walk to Martim Moniz Square. Head towards Avenida Valbom and follow it straight until you reach the Cascais train station. From there, you can take the train to Lisbon as mentioned above, or you can continue walking along Avenida da Liberdade until you reach Praça do Rossio, then walk towards Martim Moniz Square. The total walking distance is around 30 minutes.
