From Rossio, exit the station and walk towards Praça do Rossio, then continue straight until you reach Martim Moniz Square. It's about a 10-minute walk from Rossio.
Bus
Take the Scotturb bus number 403 from Cascais to Lisbon. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Campo de Ourique - Mercado,' then transfer to tram 28. Board tram 28 and enjoy the ride until you reach the stop 'Martim Moniz,' which is right next to Martim Moniz Square.
Walking
If you are near the Cascais town center, you can walk to Martim Moniz Square. Head towards Avenida Valbom and follow it straight until you reach the Cascais train station.
