If you're in the center of Caldas da Rainha, head south towards Rua das Pombas and continue straight until you reach the Praça da República. From there, take the road heading towards the beach, Rua de Lisboa. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the beach area. You will see signs pointing towards North Beach as you get closer.

From Caldas da Rainha city center, walk to the bus station located on Avenida 1º de Maio. Look for a bus heading to Foz do Arelho or the beach. Make sure to check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the North Beach stop, which is the last stop on this route. Once you get off, follow the signs to the beach.
