From central Lisbon, make your way to the Cais do Sodré train station, which is easily accessible via the metro (Green Line). Once at Cais do Sodré, take the train on the Cascais line towards Cascais. Get off at the Colares station. From Colares, you can catch a local bus (Bus 440) heading towards Praia das Maçãs, but the best way to reach Ursa Beach is to walk. Head southwest from the train station along the road (Estrada de Colares) for approximately 2 km until you reach the entrance to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.
