Walking
From the Praça do Giraldo, head southwest towards the Rua 5 de Outubro. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Rua de Serpa Pinto. Turn right onto Rua de Serpa Pinto, and walk for about 200 meters. You will see a small alley, Tv. do Quebra-Costas, on your left. Turn into the alley, and after a short walk of about 50 meters, you will find Casa da Inquisição - Centro Interativo da História Judaica at number 7.

From the main bus terminal in Évora, take the bus that heads towards the city center (check for routes that stop at Praça do Giraldo). Get off at Praça do Giraldo. Once there, follow the walking directions provided above from the Praça do Giraldo to Casa da Inquisição.
