Walking
From the city center of Évora, head south on Rua 5 de Outubro towards Praça do Giraldo. Continue straight to the end of the square and take a left onto Rua da República. Walk until you reach the bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Évora). From there, take a bus towards Mourão. Once you arrive in Mourão, walk towards the direction of the local landmark signs that will guide you to the Xerez Megalithic Enclosure, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Évora. Start your ride from the Praça do Giraldo heading south on Rua 5 de Outubro, then take a left onto Rua da República towards the bus station. Once you reach the bus station, continue southwest along the road signposted for Mourão. The ride will take around 40 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to the Xerez Megalithic Enclosure upon entering Mourão.
Public Transport
Take a bus from the main bus station in Évora. Look for the bus that heads to Mourão, as it is the closest station to the Xerez Megalithic Enclosure. The journey takes roughly 30 minutes. After arriving at the Mourão bus stop, follow the signs to the Xerez Megalithic Enclosure which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips to Évora.
