If you are starting from the Praça do Giraldo, walk northwest towards the Rua 5 de Outubro, which is a straight path. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rua de Serpa Pinto. Turn right onto Rua de Serpa Pinto and continue until you reach Largo do Conde de Vila Flor. The Museum Frei Manuel do Cenáculo will be located on your left.

From the Évora Cathedral, head southwest along the Rua do Conde de Bertiandos. Continue straight until you reach the main square, Praça do Giraldo. From there, walk northwest towards Rua 5 de Outubro. Follow this street until you reach Rua de Serpa Pinto, then turn right. Continue walking until you reach Largo do Conde de Vila Flor, where the museum is located on your left.

Turn left on Rua 5 de Outubro and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rua de Serpa Pinto.
