Bus
From Évora city center, head to the main bus station 'Terminal Rodoviário de Évora'. You can walk there in about 10 minutes from the Cathedral of Évora. Once at the bus station, look for a bus heading to Estremoz. The bus ride typically takes around 30-40 minutes. After arriving in Estremoz, disembark at the bus stop in the town center. From there, Rossio Marquês de Pombal is a short 5-minute walk.
Train and Walk
Make your way to the Évora train station, which is about a 20-minute walk from the center of Évora. From the station, take a train towards Estremoz. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Estremoz station, exit the station and walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Rossio Marquês de Pombal.

If you prefer a longer adventure, you can walk from Évora to Estremoz. The distance is approximately 30 km, which can take around 6-7 hours. Start from the Cathedral of Évora, head northeast towards the N4 road, and follow it directly towards Estremoz. Keep an eye out for signposts along the way and enjoy the scenic views of the Alentejo landscape.
