Flavours & Traditions

Awesome way to see the non commercial side of the Algarve!

What a fabulous day we had with the Portitours team! Our guide for the day was the amazing and hilarious George aka Shrooney! (Half Shrek half George Clooney apparently) There was a constant multi lingual commentary loads of laughs all day! If you want to see more of the true Portuguese way of life this is a great snap shot! There were 5 Landrovers with 8 people in each and the terrain was at times interesting but safe! Mountain roads, river beds, tracks all were experienced! We learned about local cross including eucalyptus, limes, oranges and off course Cork! Experiences honey made in the hills, Firewater! (Omg) both of which came home 😂 Had a rustic but excellent lunch Before a lovely trek back to the hotel, via the F1 test track with cars whizzing around on practice laps! Superb experience highly recommended!

Romantic Faro: Whisper of Love Exploration Game and Tour

Fun to do if you're first time in Faro

Fun little activity to do if you're first time in Faro and want to discover it. Interesting insights, good storyline, decent puzzles and thankfully not a lot of walking. Would recommend to anyone who's in the mood for a chill and interactive walk, without having to rush behind a guide. Make sure to have enough phone battery though.
