From Faro city center, walk to the Faro bus station located on Avenida da República. Purchase a ticket to Lagoa or Carvoeiro (the nearest towns to Praia do Vale de Centeanes). Buses to Lagoa run regularly, and the journey takes around 40-50 minutes. Once in Lagoa, disembark at the Lagoa bus station.

Walking from Lagoa Bus Station
From the Lagoa bus station, head southeast on Rua 25 de Abril. Turn left onto Rua da Liberdade and continue until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenida do Estômbar, which leads you towards Carvoeiro. Walk for approximately 2 km until you reach the sign for Praia do Vale de Centeanes. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the beach, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus station.
