From São Bento station, transfer to the train that heads towards the city of Vila Nova de Gaia. The journey to Vila Nova de Gaia takes about 30 minutes.

    Once you arrive at Vila Nova de Gaia station, exit the station and head down the Avenida de República towards the river. Continue along the riverside promenade, known as Cais de Gaia.
