Walking
Start at the center of Lamego, specifically at the iconic Lamego Cathedral (Sé de Lamego). From the Cathedral, head north on Rua do Comércio, and continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida da Liberdade. Turn right onto Avenida da Liberdade. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto N-226 towards Mesão Frio. After approximately 1 km, look for a sign indicating Miradouro de São Silvestre. Follow the signs and continue along the pathway, which will lead you up a gentle incline to the viewpoint.
