Getting There

Walking
From the center of Lamego, start by heading northwest on Rua da República towards Praça da República. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Avenida da Liberdade. Follow this avenue until you reach the next roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto Rua das Oliveiras. Continue on this road for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto EM596. After about 2 kilometers, you will see signs for the Ujo Observation Deck on your left. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Public Transport
From the Lamego bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Lamego), take bus line 1 towards São Mamede. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'São Mamede de Ribatua'. From the bus stop, walk about 500 meters along EM596 towards the direction of the Ujo Observation Deck. The deck will be on your left side, and the total journey should take around 30 minutes.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Lamego. Start from the city center and head northwest towards Avenida da Liberdade. Follow the same route as walking, but you can take a shortcut by cycling directly along Rua das Oliveiras and then turn onto EM596. The distance is around 4 kilometers, and it should take about 15-20 minutes to reach the Ujo Observation Deck.
