Car
If you are driving from the Lisbon Coast, take the A2 motorway towards Lisbon. Follow the signs for 'Lisboa Centro' and exit at 'Praça do Comércio'. After exiting, follow the road signs directing you to Praça do Comércio. You may need to navigate through a few streets, but the square will be clearly marked. Pay attention to parking regulations in the area, as parking can be limited and may incur costs ranging from €1 to €2 per hour. Cais das Colunas is located right at Praça do Comércio, you will find it by the riverfront.
Public Transportation - Metro
To reach Cais das Colunas via metro, take the Lisbon Metro to the 'Baixa-Chiado' station. From there, exit and walk towards Rua do Ouro. Continue straight until you reach Praça do Comércio. Cais das Colunas is located on the riverfront side of the square. The metro ticket costs around €1.50.
Public Transportation - Tram
You can also take Tram 15E from various locations along the Lisbon coast such as Belém. Board the tram and get off at the 'Praça do Comércio' stop. From there, walk towards the river, and you will see Cais das Colunas. A single ticket for the tram costs about €2.00.
Bus
Bus services also connect various parts of the Lisbon Coast to the city center. Look for buses that stop at 'Praça do Comércio' or nearby stops. Once you disembark, Cais das Colunas will be within walking distance. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.
