Take the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards 'Santa Apolónia'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Alameda' station. There, transfer to the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards 'Cais do Sodré'. After 3 stops, get off at 'Baixa-Chiado' station. From the station, exit towards Rua do Ouro, and then head south on Rua do Ouro until you reach Rua Serpa Pinto. The basilica will be on your left at R. Serpa Pinto 10D.

If you prefer to travel by bus, locate the nearest bus stop in Lisbon. You can take bus number 758 towards 'Cais do Sodré' and disembark at 'Cais do Sodré'. From here, walk towards the nearest metro station, 'Cais do Sodré', and take the Green Line (Linha Verde) to 'Baixa-Chiado'. Once you exit the metro, proceed onto Rua do Ouro and head south until you reach Rua Serpa Pinto. The Basilica of Our Lady of the Martyrs will be located at R. Serpa Pinto 10D on your left.

For a scenic route, take tram 28, which is a popular tourist choice. Board the tram at any of its stops in the city. Ride the tram until you reach the 'Martim Moniz' stop. From there, walk to the nearest metro station, 'Martim Moniz', and take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards 'Cais do Sodré'. Get off at 'Baixa-Chiado'. Exit the station and proceed along Rua do Ouro heading south until you reach Rua Serpa Pinto. The basilica is located at R. Serpa Pinto 10D on your left.
