  • Metro

    Take the Metro from your nearest station to Cais do Sodré (Green Line). From Cais do Sodré, transfer to the Cascais train line and take the train to Cascais. Once you arrive at Cascais station, exit the station and head towards Avenida 25 de Abril. From there, you can catch the bus number 403 towards Sesimbra. Get off at the stop 'Sesimbra - Largo do Município', then walk along R. Nossa Sra. do Castelo to reach Castelo de Sesimbra.

  • Bus

    From the centre of Lisbon, go to the Sete Rios bus terminal (you can take Metro to Jardim Zoológico station). At Sete Rios, catch the bus number 207 or 202 that goes directly to Sesimbra. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Sesimbra, walk towards R. Nossa Sra. do Castelo, and you will find Castelo de Sesimbra.

  • Train

    Head to the Rossio train station in Lisbon. Take the train towards Sintra and get off at the Sintra station. From there, catch a taxi or rideshare to Sesimbra, as there is no direct train to Sesimbra. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes.
