If you are at any central location in Lisbon, take the Metro to the Cais do Sodré station (Green Line). Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the train station (Comboios). From Cais do Sodré, take the train towards Cascais. Get off at the Belém station. When you exit the station, walk towards the river (Tagus) and then follow the waterfront to the right until you reach Doca de Belém.
Tram
From Praça do Comércio, take Tram 15E towards Algés. Stay on the tram until you reach the 'Belém' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the river and follow the path to your right. Doca de Belém will be a short walk along the waterfront.
Bus
From your location in Lisbon, locate a bus stop nearby and take Bus 728 or 727 towards Belém. Get off at the 'Cultural Center of Belém' stop. Once you exit, head towards the river and walk along the waterfront in the direction of the marina until you reach Doca de Belém.
Walking
If you are near the Jerónimos Monastery, it's a pleasant walk to Doca de Belém. Exit the monastery, head towards the river, and follow the path along the waterfront until you reach Doca de Belém. This is about a 10-15 minute walk.

You can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around Lisbon. Once you have a bike, head towards the riverfront and follow the cycle path along the Tagus River. Doca de Belém is easily accessible via the bike path.
