Walking
If you are in the center of Cascais, start by heading towards the Cascais train station. From the station, walk straight down Avenida 25 de Abril until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn left onto the promenade and continue walking until you see the signs for Avenida Brasília. The boat rental location will be on your right at Av. Brasília, 1400-038 Lisboa. This walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Public Transportation
From Cascais, you can take the train to Lisbon. Board the train at the Cascais train station heading towards Cais do Sodré. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Once at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and head towards the ferry terminal. From there, you can take tram line 15 or a taxi to Avenida Brasília. Alternatively, you can walk along the riverfront from Cais do Sodré to Avenida Brasília, which will take around 20-30 minutes.
