Walking
If you're starting from Cascais town center, head towards the Cascais train station. Once you arrive at the station, purchase a ticket to Lisbon and board the train heading to Cais do Sodré. The journey takes about 40 minutes. When you arrive at Cais do Sodré station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the waterfront. Walk along the riverfront promenade for about 20 minutes until you reach the Praça do Comércio. From there, continue along the river until you see the iconic Belém Tower. Doca de Belém is just a short walk beyond the tower along Avenida Brasília.

From Cascais, make your way to the Cascais train station. Purchase a ticket for the train to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré). Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, transfer to the tram line 15 (in the direction of Algés) or take the bus. Get off at the 'Belém' stop. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk along Av. Brasília to reach Doca de Belém.
